DreamWorks Program Coordinator (Full-time)
Harlem RBI is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to serve as a full-time Program Coordinator for an innovative youth development organization in East Harlem, New York. The Program Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a college prep program for youth ages 13-18, offering college awareness activities and ultimately the tools and support necessary to obtain admission to, enroll in, and complete college.

Harlem RBI is seeking a motivated self-starter to serve as the Grants Associate for its innovative youth development program based in East Harlem, New York. The Grants Associate will support the Director of Development with researching and writing grant proposals, writing grant reports and other items as needed.

Learning Coach (Full-time)
Harlem RBI is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Learning Coach in a non-traditional multi-disciplinary year round program for middle school youth. The program provides youth with project based learning activities designed to enhance reading, writing and learning skills in addition to a strong emphasis on homework completion, service learning, social-emotional skill development and of course, fun. Class sizes are small and Learning Coaches are supported by part-time staff and a Program Manager.

Learning Coach (Part-time)
Harlem RBI is seeking dynamic individuals to serve as teachers in a non-traditional summer enrichment program for middle school students. The enrichment program offers youth a unique team-centered environment, which focuses on enhancing interest in and appreciation for learning while improving literacy, critical thinking, and social and emotional skills. The program will operate from July 6th to August 22nd, including one week of sleep away camp, and begins with a 3-day training June 30-July 2. July 3 is a holiday.

Harlem RBI’s summer REAL Kids (Reading and Enrichment Academy for Learning) program provides youth with a full day of educational, enrichment, and baseball activities, designed to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
